We are seeking a Content Designer to join our Digital Channels and Content team, working at the heart of a cross-functional programme within the Tactical Administration Programme. This role is pivotal in improving the quality, structure and usability of content across our SharePoint intranet, helping colleagues and Partners access the information they need, when they need it. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners and stakeholders across Advice, Products, Investments, Marketing, HR and other SJP teams, contributing your specialist content expertise to shared delivery outcomes. We’re looking for a proactive, delivery-focused Content Designer with strong writing skills and sound judgement. You’ll thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating with a range of stakeholders to deliver clear, accessible and governed content. Your experience working with complex, regulated information will enable you to make a real impact on the quality and usability of our intranet content. About the Role
