What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce services and build interest.
- Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations and discovery questions.
- Schedule appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
- Follow up consistently with prospects while building positive relationships.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining high-quality conversations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 year of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business development.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
