Responsibilities
Own and manage the global C&B strategy across all company locations, including both remote employees and hub-based teams
Ensure consistency, competitiveness, and compliance of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries and employment models
Support employee relocation processes, including benefits transition, policy alignment
Align global C&B policies with local market and legal requirements
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights
Continuously analyze market trends to maintain a competitive global offering
Support the development and implementation of scalable C&B frameworks
Lead C&B setup for new hub launches, including compensation structure design and implementation
Manage relationships with external providers across locations, including BPO agencies and other HR service vendors
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multi-country environment
Deep understanding of global compensation structures, benefits strategy, and workforce models
Hands-on experience with global mobility, relocation programs, and benefits transition management
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management and proven ability to influence senior leadership
Strong attention to detail with a strategic, systems-thinking mindset
Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken)
