Job Overview Fairview is seeking a Clinic Support Specialist to join the Surgical Specialties team at M Health Fairview Clinics & Surgery Center. This is a remote, day-shift position working 0.6 FTE (48 hours per two-week pay period), typically three days per week. Workdays and hours may vary based on department needs and patient volume, offering flexibility while supporting operational demands. No weekends or holidays are required, providing an excellent work-life balance opportunity for qualified candidates.   Facilitates pre-appointment coordination for patients receiving specialty care. Coordinates with the providers and the clinical care team to prepare for a successful visit. The Clinic Support Specialist will collect medical records, manage the right fax process and review and distribute incoming mail. Provides all other appointment coordination as needed.  Responsibilities Coordination of care/information with care team and/or administration Creates and maintains documentation. Coordinates patients’ information and/or patient care. Conducts telephone interviews, collects data, assess and prioritize record collection needs. Communicates effectively with other members of the health care team at all levels to ensure effective service.
