Job Summary
EOI Service Company, a national benefits communication and enrollment firm, has a unique opportunity for a Client Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a growth-oriented environment and assist with managing the Counselor production team. 
Responsibilities and Duties
This individual will have a broad scope of responsibility, working closely with EOI’s 
Enrollment Managers. Duties will vary based on the time of year, clients currently being serviced, and needs within the organization. Below are some of the key responsibilities:

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $75,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
