MyAdvice's Client Onboarding Specialist owns a portfolio of new client implementations, guiding each account from sale through successful launch. This is a specialist-level role: you manage your own workload independently, make tactical decisions within established playbooks, and deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes. You will adopt and integrate AI-powered tools into your daily workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, takes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction, and looks for ways to improve the system, not just complete the next task.
