Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Set, monitor, and achieve team KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) for chat response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
