Join our team on Alaska’s North Slope and be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented camp environment supporting essential operations in Prudhoe Bay. As a Camp General Helper, you’ll play a key role in keeping camp life running smoothly by supporting housekeeping, transportation, logistics, and guest services.

What You’ll Do
Operate airport shuttle for employees and guest transportation
Clean and maintain rooms, common areas, and restrooms
Deliver mail, equipment, and supplies throughout camp and the greater Prudhoe Bay area
Restock supplies in guest rooms, storage areas, and public spaces
Assist with housekeeping, janitorial, billeting, and light maintenance tasks
Support laundry operations including sorting, folding, and delivery
Help set up and take down furniture and event spaces
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with questions or directions
Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
Receive, organize, and track incoming supplies and deliveries
Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years or older
Valid Driver’s License with ability to operate a large passenger van
Ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler’s Card upon hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with a diverse team, vendors, and guests
Basic understanding of safety practices and inventory handling
Willingness to travel via commercial flight from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay
Ability to work 12+ hour shifts on a rotational schedule in a remote North Slope environment
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in remote camp or North Slope operations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or basic computer systems
Experience with hotel/property management systems
Comfortable use of office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours with breaks)
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (5–15 lbs. regularly)
Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 80 lbs. with team assistance
Carry loads up to 50 feet, including stairs
Ability to clean from floor level to overhead areas
Pre-Employment Requirements
Pass a 7-year criminal background check
Pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with company drug & alcohol program
Pass a pre-employment physical (includes climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
