About the Role:
We’re currently searching for a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Business Relationship Management (BRM) and AI-enabled solutions, working as part of the Business Unit IT team to act as a proactive strategic partner to the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business mind and a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders not just on problems, but on desired business outcomes, obstacles, and options. You will bring BRM competency to bridge the gap between IT and the business, and leverage AI tools and capabilities to drive measurable improvements. You will have experience collaborating with other IT and business unit colleagues on implementing and operating these solutions.

Take the lead in continuous business improvement by regularly advising management of improvements to applications, services, and processes that enhance efficiency, scalability and/or security; proactively shape demand by surfacing AI-enabled opportunities and framing recommendations in terms of business outcomes, not just technology solutions.
