As a Business Development Representative for the North American Mid-Market team, you will engage with key stakeholders to drive the company's growth and help organizations enhance their training processes through innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map out key stakeholders within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure we are engaging with the organizations that will benefit most from Docebo
- Leverage and create high-impact, compelling messaging that cuts through the noise and sparks genuine curiosity about the future of learning
- Connect with potential clients via outbound calling, using active listening and rapport-building to turn cold introductions into warm opportunities
- Provide a world-class first impression for inbound prospects, acting as a knowledgeable guide to how Docebo can help their teams excel
- Manage your calendar with precision, dedicating time to high-value activities that ensure you hit your goals and fuel the Docebo growth engine
- Focus relentlessly on pipeline generation, growing both the business and your own professional career as you contribute to our global mission
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, a Call Center environment, or a Demand Generation/Marketing function
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to qualify prospects, plan your approach, and maintain control of high-level business discussions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented 'go-getter' who thrives on hitting targets and exceeding expectations
- Ability to explain complex AI solutions with ease
- Positive energy and solution-oriented mindset
- Creativity and hustle to find unique ways to get in front of the right people and establish immediate credibility
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or another high-touch customer service role
- Previous experience navigating the complexities of Mid-Market-level BDR or Sales cycles
