They are seeking a Business Development Representative to create and execute a strategic plan to generate demand for their platform and solutions, while also collaborating closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Creating and executing a strategic plan to generate demand for our platform and solutions within a defined territory
- Acting as a thought leader in your market, representing us at events and establishing a credible profile to attract high-value partners and grow market share
- Generating prospects and qualifying leads to translate efforts into revenue opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Working closely with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies
- Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure excellent call quality and the successful handover of opportunities
- Making outbound calls to prospective accountants, bookkeepers, and subsidiaries to generate qualified opportunities
- Using a variety of channels including phone, email, and social media to reach prospects and identify key decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate records of all prospecting activities and tracking progress within the CRM
