Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst with strong communication skills in both English and French. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, analyzed, and translated into functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations)
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews in English and French
- Support the design and implementation of business solutions
- Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of deliverables
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in international or multicultural environments
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Background in IT, finance, or digital transformation projects
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar
