Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling commercial organization through data-driven insights, operational discipline, and continuous improvement of commercial processes. This role oversees commercial reporting infrastructure, including SFDC, Power BI dashboards, CRM reporting, pipeline analytics, and forecasting tools.

 

This position works closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to drive commercial excellence across the organization by improving pipeline visibility, strengthening lead management processes, and providing actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, systems expertise, and commercial process knowledge, helping the organization translate data into insights that drive revenue growth and operational performance.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
