Brand Designer - Vehicles Brand Creative

About the position The VBC Brand Designer role will support the development and execution of creative across some of the world’s most iconic vehicle brands. This is a hybrid hands-on design and art-direction role. You will contribute to concept development, execution of final assets, and collaborate closely with senior creatives, cross-functional teams, external creative agencies and vendors to bring brand storytelling and identity to life across multiple touchpoints. Responsibilities • Translate brand strategy and guidelines into strong concepts and creative solutions. • Execute creative assets across print, digital, social, retail, and experiential. • Develop production-ready layouts with high attention to typography, composition, and detail. • Prepare presentations including mood boards, mockups, and creative decks. • Provide art direction and feedback to external agencies and vendors under senior creative guidance. • Uphold a high-level of creative craft. • Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to refine and execute ideas. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and professionally. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain organized files and adhere to production workflows to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house preferred). • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel brand execution. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Proficiency in Microsoft applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation building tools. • Experience in print and digital design; social or experiential experience a plus. • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to support creative development. • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and layout. • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
