What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be the voice of arenaflex and the brands we serve. Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer support while representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Here's what your day-to-day role will look like:
- Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls and inquiries in their preferred language (French or English) using our structured call flow guides. You'll provide accurate information, answer questions, and ensure every interaction leaves the customer satisfied.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Assist customers with basic technical problems related to their devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable technology. Your ability to diagnose issues and guide customers through solutions will be key to your success.
- Document and Update Information: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database systems. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for ensuring seamless service continuity.
