About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for multiple health and wellness incentive programs, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Accurately document each interaction by taking detailed notes, summarizing member concerns, and logging outcomes in careerzynith’s CRM systems.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of proven customer service experience in a call‑center environment, preferably within health, insurance, or wellness sectors.
