Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders, inquiries, and service requests using arenaflex’s advanced call‑center platform.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism in both English and Spanish.
- Guide customers through arenaflex’s website and online ordering system, providing step‑by‑step assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
