BI Revenue Cycle Developer, Revenue Cycle and Reporting Analytics, Full-Time Hybrid, Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center.
The BI Revenue Cycle Developer develops and maintains enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using data sourced from Epic, data warehouses, and other healthcare information systems. Responsibilities include designing and supporting ETL processes, performing data modeling and validation, creating ad hoc and automated reports, and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms. The role analyzes trends related to accounts receivable, claims management, denials, reimbursement, patient access, coding, and revenue integrity while providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
Additionally, the BI Revenue Cycle Developer collaborates with technical and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement scalable analytics solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong SQL, database, reporting, and healthcare analytics experience, with a deep understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows and healthcare financial performance metrics. BI Revenue Cycle Developer, you will be responsible for:
The role utilizes advanced data analytics modeling techniques and software applications to design, build, and maintain a variety of business intelligence tools to optimize revenue cycle performance and provide data-driven decision support to revenue cycle leadership.
The role will be responsible for creating complex interactive visualizations, dashboards, and custom reports for various revenue cycle use cases utilizing a range of advanced data analytics software applications.
The individual should be familiar applications software similar to Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, MS SSMS (SQL), Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles, SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards), and have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The individual is expected to have a broad and deep knowledge of the ETL process for data preparation and the visualization layer for various business and operational use cases within the revenue cycle context.
The individual must possess a robust understanding of revenue cycle operations and the ability to deliver innovative data-driven solutions for all domains of the revenue cycle: front, middle, and back.
