Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Develop and grow relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems • Conduct product presentations, evaluations, demonstrations, and clinical in-services • Collaborate with SPD, OR, Infection Prevention, and Supply Chain leadership • Drive strategic territory growth and business development initiatives • Navigate healthcare purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and GPO environments • Maintain strong pipeline management and territory planning We are seeking professionals who: • Live within the regions posted • Utilize a consultative sales approach • Build long-term customer relationships • Thrive in a relationship-driven healthcare sales environment • Bring strategic sales skills and clinical credibility • Are motivated by improving patient safety and healthcare outcomes Preferred experience includes: • Medical device sales • Sterile processing • Operating room environments • Infection prevention • Healthcare operations • Clinical backgrounds such as SPD leadership, surgical technology, or OR nursing are highly valued Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred • 3 – 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, SPD, OR, or infection prevention • Existing relationships within hospital systems, surgery centers, SPD leadership, or perioperative departments preferred • Experience navigating healthcare purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and GPO environments • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas • Strong presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills • Ability to travel within assigned territory (50–70% depending on region) • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Clinical background as a surgical technologist, SPD professional, OR nurse, or healthcare operations professional is a plus Work Environment This is a field-based regional sales role requiring travel throughout the assigned territory. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
