Title: Associate Construction Task Catalog Publisher (Part-Time)
The Execution Engine
Role Mission: Provide reliable, fail-safe execution capacity for the Construction Task Catalog (CTC) and Specification publishing pipeline. This role ensures deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on time, serving as a critical extension of the publishing function.
Key Responsibilities
On-Time Delivery Execution
Execute the final publishing of CTCs and Specifications, ensuring all assigned deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
Final Specification Publishing
Perform the technical “final mile” of delivery, ensuring data integrity from DMAP through to final published outputs.
Capacity & Redundancy Support
Provide flexible support across the publishing pipeline, ensuring continuity of delivery during peak periods, absences, or shifting priorities.
Process Documentation & Repeatability
Support the maintenance and evolution of the CTC Publishing Playbook, contributing to a documented, repeatable, and scalable workflow.
Operational Tracking & Visibility
Maintain accurate, real-time updates in Smartsheet to ensure transparent status tracking for Account Managers and internal teams.
Education
Associate degree or certifications (Business, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience acceptable
Experience
0–3 years in:
Document production, publishing, or administrative operations
Data entry or structured workflow environments
Exposure to:
Adobe (Acrobat and Design) or document formatting tools
Basic Excel or tracking tools
Capability Expectations
Able to follow structured processes with high accuracy
Learns technical publishing workflows (DMAP, Specs)
Executes tasks with clear direction and oversight
Developing understanding of deadlines and delivery expectations
Communicate clearly and promptly on task status, blockers, and completion to the Senior CTC Publisher to ensure continuity of delivery.
