Professional Services is responsible for the implementation of RPO, MSP and SOW solutions, in line with the agreed project plan, timescales and within budget. The implementation team holds the responsibility of being the first ‘face to the client’. We set the scene for future collaboration and must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of an outsourced partner. We work under pressure and must therefore be in control and demonstrate a constant ability to be flexible within the constraints of very rigid project delivery principles.
The implementation team must maintain the integrity of our global implementation methodology and ensure a smooth transition from the Business Development team takes place and subsequently prepare a stable handover to the Operations team.
purpose of the job
The Associate Change Manager will be an important part of the change squad which is aligned to client implementation projects. The goal of the squad is to partner with the client to deliver sustained behavioral change and ultimately drive adoption of the RSR talent solution which is being introduced. In addition to supporting the people-side of change within the client group, the change squad also supports the internal RSR teams who need to change and any third-parties impacted by the implementation.
The Associate role, will work very closely with other change squad members to support the design of the change program and execute the required activities. Activities may include stakeholder and change impact assessments, drafting communications, shaping engagement sessions, analyzing training needs, project reporting, assessing change readiness and coordinating complex training based activities. The Associate Change Manager will work under the supervision of a Senior Change Manager and as part of the change squad which will vary in size depending on the scale of the implementation. At times, the Associate may be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously where they will need to work with different stakeholder groups and change squad members.

Change managementSupport development and execution of change management strategies with the goal of maximizing talent program adoption
Participate in or conduct workshops with clients to identify stakeholders, change impacts, communications and engagement needs, and training needs
Change Management for MSP, RPO, SOW or blended solution implementations dependent on scale
Provides input into regular status reports submitted to client and RSR senior stakeholders in line with the project governance
Execute Change Management strategies throughout the implementation; this may include preparing communications, designing engagement sessions, creating readiness assessments, scheduling training, and keeping stakeholders engaged
SupportAdheres to guidelines, best practices and toolkits for effective change management
Supports continuous improvements in the way-of-working, tools, methods and solution concepts
Client ManagementSupports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships
Works with the Workstream Leads and SMEs, to facilitate their activities for the delivery of the services sold
Builds strong business relationships with the client

Requirements
education
University degree preferably in Business, Communications, Adult Learning or relevant business experience
PROSCI certification highly desired
Organizational change education highly preferred

Change Management experience
MSP/RPO/SOW or Human Capital consulting experience ideal
Experience navigating large/ complex organizations
knowledge
Evidence of change management knowledge preferably in MSP, RPO and SOW
Understanding of the principles of successful change management
Understanding of project delivery within a fast-paced business environment
