About the position At Feiyr, we combine a dynamic, digital mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. From partner communication and clean catalog & metadata management to compliance and fast problem-solving, you'll be the driving force behind the scenes, helping our users successfully release and market their work. Responsibilities • Monitor and implement DSP policy changes • First point of contact for operational matters internally and externally • Oversee releases, ensure metadata accuracy, manage compliance, handle errors, coordinate platform delivery and backend administration • Investigate and resolve incoming claims efficiently and accurately across platforms • Support key accounts through meetings, strategic oversight, internal coordination, and release assistance • Guide artists and labels through the onboarding process, address questions, gather feedback, and provide hands-on support Requirements • Based in Poland and interested in working as a freelancer • Fluent in Polish and English • Experience in the music industry and a strong pulse on current trends • High service orientation with the ability to understand artist needs and turn them into growth opportunities • A collaborative spirit – you actively contribute ideas and support the team • Reliability, initiative, and the ability to handle diverse tasks independently • A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Nice-to-haves • German is a plus • An existing network in the music industry – artists, labels, and/or DSPs Benefits • 100% remote • Project based collaboration and built for the long term • Communication in English throughout • Direct contact with the team in Germany — quick feedback • Interesting projects across digital music distribution • A team culture that's genuinely collaborative whether freelance or not
