Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering field
- Min 5 years technical experience in an engineering, manufacturing process or field technical role
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, attention to details
- Strong mechanical and technical ability and aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent project management skills; ability to drive execution of plans
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and success working in cross functional environments
- Operates effectively with people at all levels of the organization with ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong understanding of plant processes and practices
