Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to one or more Directors of Development
- Preparations for donor and advisory board meetings as well as trip books
- Submit travel reimbursements for development team members
- Assist other members of the administrative support team with maintaining files
- Reception desk coverage
- Preparations for Arts and Sciences Foundation board meetings and events in coordination with the Director of Donor Engagement and Events
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred
- Familiarity with prospect management databases is preferred
