We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Provide general administrative and clerical support
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
Assist with data entry and record management
Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
