What are we looking for?

As an Admin and Scheduling Officer, you will be part of a high-impact team responsible for keeping our services running smoothly outside standard business hours. You will provide remote operational support, act as the first point of contact for clients and care staff, and ensure continuity of care at all times.

In this role, you will manage after-hours communications, coordinate urgent staffing changes, allocate services as needed, and maintain accurate administrative and financial records through timely data entry.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Colombia. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Colombia labor laws and employment regulations.
