Position: Account & Driver Partnership Specialist

Work Schedule: US Hours (EST)

Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term

Salary Range: USD 1,200 - 1,800 / Month

Benefit: PTO and HMO after the 120-day probationary period

Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly

Equipment: Self-Provide

Performance Bonus: Starts at approximately USD 300–700 per month on average, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

About the role:

As an Account & Driver Partnerships Specialist, you will own the operational health of a specific US market. You'll start by learning that market inside and out, its clients, its drivers, its trip patterns, and from there, you'll wear two hats every day. Both are essential to how Wingz works.

On the client side, you'll act as the dedicated account manager for our partnered NEMT brokers, the organizations that send trip requests for their members. You'll handle daily B2B communication, trip coordination, escalation management, and performance reporting. Your job is to build a strong partnership with each broker and earn their trust until Wingz is their most reliable carrier in the market. That trust matters — it's what causes brokers to route more trips to us. And once they do, you'll own the commitment to make sure every assigned trip gets completed safely and on time.

On the driver side, you'll own the full driver lifecycle in your market, recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. That means walking new drivers through every requirement, procedure, and process so they can confidently join the NEMT industry with Wingz. It means proactively reaching out to inactive drivers and reactivating them. It means being the human point of contact that keeps drivers engaged, earning, and partnered with us long-term — because retention isn't built on incentives, it's built on relationships.

This is a foundational individual-contributor role, by design. You'll start at the rank-and-file level because the path forward at Wingz is clear: Specialist → Senior Specialist → Market Lead.
